• Ensure that the company's HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved to support the organization's goals and objectives. • Coordinate and conduct departmental training programs, as well as new hire orientation, to ensure that employees receive the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties effectively. • Identify and acquire top talent by overseeing the recruitment process, including position management, advertising, and working with recruitment agencies, to attract and hire the best candidates. • Maintain a high standard of employee conduct and behaviour by monitoring and addressing employee performance issues, conducting investigations, and coordinating disciplinary actions if required. • Assess employee morale and engagement by analysing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness, and resignations, and developing strategies to improve retention and motivation. • Facilitate the exit process for employees who leave the company by ensuring that they receive their final payment, settlement, and other clearance papers on time. • Assist in promoting, transferring, or resigning employees within company policies, ensuring that all procedures are followed and proper documentation is maintained and updated in the HRIS system. • Coordinate yearly health insurance renewals for staff by working closely with insurance brokers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure that all employees are covered under the company's plan. • Manage the visa and work permit process for new joiners and renewals for current employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. • Coordinate and inspect employee accommodation, staff canteen, and restrooms to ensure that they meet company standards and provide a safe and comfortable working environment for employees. • Collaborate with department heads and managers to formulate HR policies and procedures that align with their respective department's goals and objectives. • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and updates, including new hires, changes of status, resignations, and terminations, to ensure that employees receive their compensation on time and accurately.
