Part 1: Production tasks:
1_ Technical and field Supervising of the process of installing greenhouses; following up with workers during installation, providing the work team with practical measurements, ensuring that implementation V.S. plan is on track.
2_Directing the agricultural work team to carry out land preparation operations, get the project site ready, carry out plowing operations, solarization, leveling the land, and building terraces according to scientific measurements.
3- Leading the farm work team to extend the irrigation network according to the type of crop -planned to be grown-, and adjusting the distances according to the irrigation plan prepared in advance.
4_ Determine planting dates for each cultivated crop/variety based on the season (summer-winter) and determine the appropriate types/varieties according to the type of soil and environment.
5_ Building the team’s capability on the process of seeds/seedlings planting; and ensuring the quality of implementation.
6_Designing an irrigation, fertilization, and chemical sterilization program for farm workers, conducting periodic supervision, and paying field visits to monitor compliance with the irrigation program.
7_ Directing the work team to carry out routine farm operations (weed removal, seeds putting, regular irrigation, pruning, tying, patching, hanging the seedlings, fruit collecting, ventilation & temperature control, fertilization, and spraying of Insecticides and fungicides, monitor and combat diseases, epidemics, and pests according to infection degree.)
8_ Keeping daily records of the farm, recording harvesting operations, consuming fertilizers and pesticides from stores, as well as recording operational expenses.

Part 2: Sales & Marketing tasks:
1- Keep an eye on the prices of farm products in local markets
2- Prepare a marketing plan according to fluctuations in supply and demand in the market.
3- Building good relationships with wholesale market buyers (brokers) and
communicating with them first and foremost.
4- Follow up with the farm workers to transfer the product to viable markets when
prices are feasible.
5
– Submit periodic reports to the farm manager on the level of achievement, challenges, and suggestions.
