• Responsible for the whole process of recruitment and selection of the entire corporation; Offer definition, publication on platforms, curricular screening, online and in-person interviews, selection of the best candidates, final choice and contract signing meeting. • Collaboration with associations to promote the inclusion of people with different abilities in the labor market and the participation in social and training activities. • Supervising the compliance between the recruitment process and the company's own equality plan. • Joint management with our training provider to facilitate courses for our employees. • Calculate the cost of the courses and the amount to be subsidized in social security. • Investigation and analysis of the law's requirements for developing the necessary documents for the creation of the Special Employment Center certificate to be inclusive employers (for people with health conditions or impairments).
